How to Make God Mars

  • Pour 0.5 oz of butterscotch syrup into a shot glass
  • Use bar spoon to layer on 0.5 oz of green mint liqueur and 0.5 oz of cherry sambuca
  • Light the cocktail
  • Place 1 drop of angostura bitters onto cane sugar cube
  • Use a fork to dissolve cane sugar over flame so that caramel drops fell into the shot glass
  • Put out fire when all the sugar melts
  • Slide an ice cube around the rim of the shot glass before drinking
