Cocktail Ingredients in the Pisco Sour

Angostura bitters0.1oz
Sugar syrup1oz
Lime juice1oz
Quail egg white0.5oz
Ice cubes7oz
Sour glass1piece

How to Make the Pisco Sour

  • Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of pisco into a shaker
  • Give it a good dry shake
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  • Strain into a chilled sour glass
  • Garnish with 3 dashes of angostura bitters
